To tell you a bit about my story: I was the first Australian employee of Marketo back in 2012 which is why I have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of Marketo customers globally. To complement my professional experience at Marketo and take advantage of business opportunities, I decided to create Hoosh Marketing, which currently counts with the talent of 15+ certified Marketo consultants and is the only Platinum Partner of Marketo in APAC. To tell you a bit about myself: I graduated from the Edith Cowan University, Perth and I have always been interested in Marketing, which has been constantly evolving; The industry has moved from Print to TV and Outdoors to a Digital World, where there are thousands of potential platforms which we could connect to. My professional career has taken my for a wild ride in the Marketing world, and this is why I know how important it is to keep continuously learning and getting better. I also know that I want to work in a company that will always be ahead of the curve and this is why I love working at Hoosh Marketing.

I’ve been working for Hoosh for over 2 years now. I started as a Project Manager and moved on to becoming the Head of the Professional Services.
I bring with me 5 years of management consulting experience specialising in Business and Performance. I’ve also recently completed my MBA degree from Macquarie University.
Despite not being hands-on with Marketo with my day-to-day responsibilities, I am Marketo trained and certified (MCE). I understand the ins and outs of the system, its best capabilities, and its limitations. Over the past 2 years, I’ve managed and led hundreds of projects across different industries. The type of projects may be as simple as building out emails blast campaigns to as complex as bespoke integrations or microsite implementations.
Besides the MarTech industry, I also found my passion in health and fitness. I get up early in the morning to train almost every day and I’m currently training for my 1st triathlon race!
Hi everyone! Glad you are getting to know our team. My Hoosh journey started as a Marketo Consultant over a year ago. I had the chance to collaborate on projects with amazing companies such as Workato, Chartered Accountants and Berklee College of Music. While working with Workato on enhancing their Marketing Automation, we were able to revamp their Lead Scoring Strategy, which resulted in a much more robust scoring system that took into account the Sales and Marketing teams' requirements. The experience with Chartered Accountants was a bit different but also very enriching for me and for them; I performed a comprehensive Health Check to their Marketo and identified key issues that were really harming their Marketing operations. Can't disclose too much on this one... Lastly, a very fruitful project was delivered to Berklee College of Music. As a business requirement, Berklee needed a tool to register event attendees without having an internet connection. This is where Hoosh's Offline Forms came in to save the day. Today, I still work with Marketo to enhance our internal Marketing Automation tactics. I keep getting amazed by all the goals that can be reached by harvesting Marketo's full power. Hi, I've been working together with Hoosh since 2016. Since then, I've been able to experience first-hand clients' pain points and provide lasting solutions for them. The journey has involved a lot of learning, critical thinking and problem solving, resulting in an in-depth knowledge of Marketo. I've worked with clients such as Australian Institute of Business, Rhipe, Rest Super, Mission Australia, and Edibleblooms to name a few and some of my projects involved MS Dynamics Integration, Lead Scoring, Lead Lifecycle, 2 Way SMS, Nurture and Event Programs. Eventually I achieved Marketo Certified Expert in 2017, and in 2018 - Marketo Certified Solutions Architect. I know my stuff but I also know that there's always something new to learn, which is why training is taken very seriously at Hoosh.

As far as unconventional work journey in Hoosh goes – mine would probably be the most unconventional one. I started working for Hoosh as an off-shore consultant based in the Philippines. Work and communication was done mostly through Skype, and I’ve already grown to know and love each one of my teammates, without even meeting them face to face. Most of my projects were focused on Program and Instance Migrations for Rhipe and Australian Institute of Business.
Moving to Australia 6 months after being on-board the Professional Services team, I had the privilege of working closely with many of our valued clients such as People2People and Platform Finance. The thrust and focus of both projects enhanced their Data Management and moved their already built and sophisticated Marketo into the next level with Segmentation, Lead Scoring and Lead Lifecycle Strategies.
Getting to know my clients more as I worked closely with them in their offices, gave me the ability to get up close and personal with each of their business objectives and to create an understanding of their marketing goals. With this, I was able to provide recommendations and in-depth feedback – as well as guide them throughout their Marketo journey so they themselves can become Marketo experts.
